So lately I've been on a "let's get fit" kick.
So here are just some ideas and exercises!
AndGreat for flattening out the tummy area
No weights arm workout.... Not no arms weight workout...
This two workouts that's are in pink are great for clinching the waist but keeping curves (ladies)
And these next 4 are for toning your butt.... You don't need to use weights if you don't want to.
Hold for 3-5 seconds and repeat about 15 times
20 of these lunges
25 step ups
30 squats
Bigger butt workout ;$Planks! Planks and push-ups are some of the best workouts. Hold the plank position for 10 seconds the first day then add 10 seconds more everyday
