Should I buy this for my brothers Birthday?

Found this gem at Norma (which is a tiny store) (then again all stores are tiny here) (cause Germany is tiny?!)

    OR....my favorite are the brown sugar/fudge candies..if they don't have them there..they have them in Munich in the Old Town. Just in case you wanted to know!
